Company Structure
The Company employs a complete Local Management Team and has on its
payroll locally residing Craftsmen and Labourers who are retained on a
permanent basis. Joiners, Painters, Plumbers, Bricklayers and
Plasterers utilised by the Company are part of the "core" team and as
far as availability and contractual considerations permit, other
specialist trades e.g., Electricians, H&V Engineers and Flooring
Contractors are often locally based to the project.
This is added together with a team of Contract Managers, Quantity Surveyors / Estimators and Senior Site Agents / Foreman. There is also a team of office staff who are solely responsible for the accounts and day to day administration.
Work force numbers are dependent upon work-load but normally vary between 25 and 50 and encompass all trades.
